Whether a small office setup with individual PC’s or a Server led environment with up to 50 client PC’s Adrenaline Computers will ensure you get all the advantages of an in-house I.T. department tailored to your needs. We offer pay-on-demand and monthly service options, with remote, telephone and on-site support. We can even manage your hardware requirements and service providers.
TELEPHONE SUPPORT
Telephone support is provided free to all Adrenaline Computers clients on a monthly contract. For pay-on-demand customers telephone support will be available for a fixed cost. If we cannot solve your problem over the telephone we will arrange for an engineer to fix the problem remotely or come on-site within 24 hours.
REMOTE SUPPORT
Using a remote desktop connection we can gain remote control and fix problems on your PC’s without you having to worry about a thing. Adrenaline Computers are experts in network security and will ensure your remote desktop protocol is fully protected with passwords provided only to authorised personnel.
ON-SITE SUPPORT
Adrenaline Computers engineers are highly qualified and experienced in diagnosing and repairing I.T. Systems and if your problem cannot be fixed by telephone or remote connection we will arrange for an engineer to be with you within 24 hours.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
Prevention is better than cure, especially in I.T. and we are committed to ensuring all our customers experience as little inconvenience as possible. We will arrange for our engineers to visit you on agreed dates to check your systems, security and performance. Our engineers will carry out work as necessary to ensure your systems are kept up to date and performing well.
FULLY INSURED
Adrenaline Computers are fully insured for your protection and peace of mind. Our cover if through Hiscox Business Insurance and includes cover for your servers and data as well as covering our engineers whilst on-site. A copy of our insurance certificate can be provided upon request.
DATA PROTECTION
Adrenaline Computers will ensure your data is kept confidential at all times. We fully adhere to the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
